People have always been looking for ways to connect and network with each other, today the best way is social media. But, there are many disadvantages of social media, which affects our philosophical health:

3. Sleep

Research has found that this can inhibit the body’s production of the hormone melatonin, which facilitates sleep – and blue light, which is emitted by smartphone and laptop screens, is said to be the worst culprit.
4. Addiction
It usually refers to compulsive behavior that leads to negative effects. In most addictions, people feel compelled to do certain activities so often that they become a harmful habit, which then interferes with other important activities such as work or school.
